How I Work
After 27 years as a psychologist, and over 30,000 therapy sessions, I’ve come to understand that most men don’t just want someone to listen — you want someone who can challenge you, support you, and guide you toward real change. My approach blends science-based psychology with deep intuition to help you access your mind’s full potential and create meaningful, lasting transformation in your life.
My approach is individualized and varies depending upon who you are and what you want to work on. As a rule, however, my sessions are very active and directed. People who have been in talk therapy before typically tell me that working with me is different. They say that we are breaking new ground rather than rehashing familiar territory. Things move and they start to see changes rather quickly.
